On Sunday, February 19th, 2017 at 4:00pm  the Neighborhood Center in Camden's 2017 Concert Series will present my concert/lecture  "Classically Black: Piano Compositions by Composers Of African Descent." The concert/lecture will be held at Parkside United Methodist Church, 1418 Kaighn Avenue, Camden, NJ.  ADMISSION IS FREE.

I will perform compositions by Margaret Bonds, Chevalier de Saint George, Thomas Green Bethune "Blind Tom", Scott Joplin, Billy Strayhorn, William Grant Still, Samuel Coleridge-Taylor, R. Nathaniel Dett, Dave Ragland and Florence Price.
