John Malveaux of www.MusicUNTOLD.com announces an Open Call for “classical and opera performing artists” for Sept. 22, 2012:

“MusicUNTOLD is a VOLUNTEER tax exempt non-profit (see www.musicuntold.com) and presenter of an annual JUNETEENTH WorldWide Concert. 

"In lieu of 2012 JUNETEENTH WorldWide Concert, MusicUNTOLD partnered with KUSC Classical Radio 91.5 FM (http://www.kusc.org/) to present 150th Anniversary Concert of the EMANCIPATION PROCLAMATION on September 22, 2012 at the AT&T Center Auditorium (downtown Los Angeles). 

"This is OPEN CALL for classical and opera performing artists. Performing artists preselected include Tenor George Shirley, Baritone Donnie Ray Albert, Pianist Althea Waites, and MusicUNTOLD Chorale (Zanaida Robles-Director). Artists round trip transportation and housing paid by MusicUNTOLD. Please submit proposal to John Malveaux, johnmalveaux@yahoo.com, or John Malveaux, Long Beach Central Area Association, P.O.
